Sales Process Phase - 1


Sales Process:
Sale of consultants is the process of finding suitable and qualified jobs for consultants that are available to work at client site. In general below are common steps that have to go through in order to fulfill a successful placement of company consultant at client site.

Phase I - Pre-Marketing Phase
1. Talk to each consultant and evaluate his strengths and weaknesses.

2. Find the ball park rate for consultant is willing to come on what W2 rate with no benefits.

3. Find the ball park rate for consultant is willing to come on what C2C rate.

4. Find out whether the consultant is value to a recruiter in current jobs in circulation.

5. Find out whether consultant is willing to give exclusive marketing to us.

6. Find out what geographic restrictions that consultant has.

7. Find out what official status that consultant is on.

8. Find out whether the consultant is willing to come on our company payroll if we provide a job.

9. Find out if consultant is Ok with our recruiting style.

10. Find out what professional certifications that the consultant has.

11. Find out whether consultant can provide official references that reflect to his resume work environments including phone number and email.

12. Find out what rating you would give to each consultant on a scale of 1-5 (5 best, 1-Ok).

13. Evaluate the pro-activeness of consultant, effective communication, marketable rate and determine whether this individual is easy to market and favorable for any recruiter to work with.

14. Determine to add this consultant to marketing list, appropriately modify existing hot list and make hot list ready for distribution.

15. Take the resume, contact number and email info from the consultant.

16. If the consultant relationship has setup as C2C with another employer, then find out who is employer and what is his/her contacts info.

17. Call employer and find out the rate part and delivery part and any additional concerns that you may want to check before you start marketing.
