Recruiting Process Phase - 1

Recruitment Process:
Recruitment is the process of attracting qualified applicants for a specific job. In general below are
common steps that have to go through in order to fulfill a successful submission

Phase I – Managing Requirements
1. Identify the clients that have been signed up to allow our company to work on their job requirements.

2. Find out the all the requirements that you have received every day and during the day.

3. Identify the work force available for each client requirement and based upon the nature of the requirement, manager will decide which requirements to work on and whom to work on what requirements.

4. Manager distributes requirements collected for all open positions that has been short listed for working on by recruiters team.

5. Manager gives a time line on some requirements depending upon the performance measure that has been agreed. But priority here is quality submission with quick turnaround but not good timely submission without the confidence that the submission might be a good one or bad one.

6. Manager also has the pricing guidelines on how to quote the price for each client depending upon the contracts understood and signed by the company.

7. Manager continuously upkeep the process guidelines from time to time and see that no recruiter got struck or kind of lost on some requirement and fill the gaps.

8. Manager focuses more of his/her time in planning, organization of requirements and managing of requirements.

9. Manager also focuses more on client communication and check-out which requirements are not priority and which requirements are priority so that manager can always put the right talented recruiters geared up to satisfy client ad-hoc needs and planned needs.

10. Manager should also be aware of any specific online tools that some clients expect the vendors to participate in Vendor Management system.

11. Please be aware of that program and continuously note down the procedures like login details, search options, contracting and non-contracting jobs etc and always keep upto date of that information.

12. Manager continuously need to spend time on talking to company administration to identify the formula for various requirements to increase the scope of consultants that can qualify for short listing. Need to have complete understanding of pricing guidelines, contractual restrictions, consultants interests and clients interests to be not affected at all times.

13. Manager being POC for each client needs to participate in client meetings. Note down client strategies, client job needs and any special recommendations on some requirements priority.

14. Manager conducts status meetings, team meetings and ad-hoc meetings with the team to stay focused on client requirements and improvise the team on any tough or complex or rare requirements and show productivity on submitting good resumes.
