Sales Process Phase - 3

Phase III - Daily Marketing
1. Send Hot List very frequently and not less than 2 times a week. Use Group Mail to send Hot List to all prime vendors and Sub-vendors.


2. Update all consultant profiles in each portal as soon as you login daily by logging into each portal site for each consultant login and update their profile.


3. Use appropriate search strings and search open jobs for each skill set and apply to all jobs for each consultant.


4. Also review the emails that you have got in your inbox automatically from the job search agents setup in each portal for each consultant and use them to apply the jobs.


5. It is better to search jobs date wise, so that we can ignore jobs posted long back.


6. If you get a vendor call for any position, talk to the vendor check if it is for their direct client and if yes give the contact details of consultant, if the vendor likes the consultant and consultant is ok with the requirement and get the rate confirmation from prime vendor / client.


7. Maintain a excel sheet and maintain report of all submissions.


8. Follow up with vendors on submissions to get the feedback on submissions.


9. Try to hit a target of applying 50 (Approx) jobs per day per consultant in all portals.


10. Try to reach a target of acquiring at least 2 or more rate confirmations for each consultant per day or an average of 10-15 per week.
