1. Take the consultant resume and convert to Company resume with Recruiter contact info. Make sure no header or footer has any consultant direct email id nor direct phone numbers.
2. Check the document properties not to have Consultant or consultant employer info.
3. Make the resume look professionally well and attractive.
4. Make a decent cover letter to address that you are marketer for your consultant.

If you need an exclusivity letter from consultant that he has given permission to market you take that letter and use below template or related.
6. Posting all the consultants profiles on job Portals by creating email ids for each consultants in below sites. Maintain the login ids and passwords for each job site in a excel spread sheet.

7. Below is how you access the hotjobs.com site for usa from india.
i. go to www.hotjobs.com
ii. From india it puts default as india location then
iii. Then on browse jobs section in middle left side, click category location
iv. Then at the bottom of the page click for jobs in usa
v. Click on any city that will create a cookie in your computer and will become default location
vi. Afterwards you can start searching jobs and you should find it without any issues
vii. To access Hotjobs please use internet explorer and we are unable to get the functionality in Hotjobs site by using Mozilla Firefox.
8. For jobserve.us site please type http://www.jobserve.com.au/Homepage.aspx
i. From india www.computerjobs.com should bring the same jobs by using jobserve.us
ii. Remember the jobs posted in computerjobs.com are mostly from small employers who are end clients who need the guys on contracting
iii. So be sure you put right amount of margin and carry the rest same.

Register the consultant by clicking the button (Click Here to register as a Candidate)
Fill out all the required details.
There are 5 steps to complete.
After finishing this, click Job options and select jobdownloads.
It will ask you to give the consultant EMAIL ID.
Give the consultant email id.
